Meet Zach & Leah
We’re a couple who fell in love to the rhythm of the drumline—literally. We met in high school marching band and have been best friends since that day. We started dating in December 2021. Since then, we’ve been growing our relationship in the city that raised us: Cincinnati.
From sipping coffee at The Coffee Peddlar and Deeper Roots, to grabbing lunch at Findlay Market, to catching concerts at Bogartz or wandering through the art mu, this city has been the backdrop to so many of our memories. We believe there’s divinity in every moment—whether it’s hiking a hidden trail or bingeing late-night sushi.
We both went to college locally (Zach at UC, Leah at Xavier—yes, we’re aware of the rivalry). Now, we live just outside the city but still call it home. Through this blog, we hope to experience Cincinnati and the surrounding areas with you—sharing guides, date ideas, honest reviews, and more along the way.

Meet Leah, Our Naturalist!
I’m a Cincinnati native, born and raised! I recently graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Peace and Justice Studies. I love all things Cincy and I’m discovering new hidden gems all the time. I’m currently an environmental educator at Hamilton County Parks where I’m able to express my passion for the environment as well as Cincinnati natural history! Some of my favorite spots in Cincy, and elsewhere, include the Cincinnati Zoo, Findlay Market, Union Terminal, Red River Gorge KY, and Miami Whitewater Forest!

I’m proud to call Cincinnati home! I went to University of Cincinnati for Graphic Design focusing on User Experience. I’ve always been crafty and had an eye for visual aesthetic. I love art, photography, and architecture; especially around Cincy! Some of my favorite places around town are the Union Terminal, Coffee Emporium (you’ll soon learn I’m a coffee fiend), the art museum, and more. I’m a travel addict and I’m always looking for the next adventure!
